Scripture Bricks

We need your help! The insurance on all 3 of our buildings is $20,000.00 for the new year. We can do this if we all will purchase or sell 1 or 2 bricks. Each brick is priced at $100.00. They will be engraved with your choice of scripture. Can we count on you to help us in the next 60 days? Be prayful and let the LORD lead you. The Light Cafe' is open and we are enjoying great success with our exciting, ever changing menus and gift items. Bus and Van Service
	Greater Starlight Baptist Church has a bus and a 28 person seat vehicle for hire! Comfortable high back chairs with DVD & CD players on board. A Future's Foundation

Our Education Building is COMPLETED! This building is dedicated to God with a purpose to serve the community. It is a 1.2 million dollar building designed to be energy efficient, equipped with an elevator for handicapped accessibility to the 2nd floor, a small kitchen, showers, computer lab, laundry facilities, rentable office space and movable partitions with enough flexibility to accommodate a variety of services and functions. We are preparing for the future! There will be sufficient space to establish after school programs aiding children with education, programs for the elderly and a host of other programs to help with the wide range of issues that affect our community, including health & finances. We want to pass on to our young people the ability to dream bigger and accomplish more. So, please come build with us a better community, a better Covington and a better St. Tammany. OUR FOUNDATION IS STRONG! Come visit us and share in the vision! There is much more work to do in Kingdom building. Our tutoring program has moved to the new Education Center, room 207. Our Tutoring Director, Dr. Edward Lenoir is as excited as the children! We are still in need of additional tutors and helpers, please join us Monday through Thursday from 4:00 to 6:00 PM.
